Mary Catherine is a women's self-love guide and embodiment coach.

She serves to see a world where every woman is madly in love and connected with her Body and experiencing the confidence, aliveness and intimacy she knows is possible. She works with women through guided cleanses to release the physical body of toxins and to sober the body's emotional addictions to fear, worry, shame, and guilt. She's a RYT-200 Hr and has been teaching sensual and tribal movement to women all over the world for 8 years.
