We are two sommeliers specialized in Sparkling terroir wines. Caroline at MissinWine lives and works in Champagne where has been focussing on outstanding grower's Champagnes. Onneca from Viva le Vin worked with one of the most internationally recognized Cava cellars of Sant Sadurní d´Anoia for several years and now lives and works in Switzerland promoting Wine Culture from Terroirific Wine Bar.
