Matt Davis, Head Coach in the Business of Wedding Videography

Matt Davis is owner and lead videographer of Life Stage Films, based in Wilmington, NC.  He is a multi-year WEVA Creative Excellence Award Winner as well as a contributing "blogger" for the educational resource for videographers "In{Focus}".  Matt has become known in the industry not only for his unique story telling that stray from the typical wedding video, but also as for his knowledge on running a successful video business, even in a down economy with weddings as his main source of income.  As the "Head Coach in the Business of Wedding Videography", Matt focuses his educational resources on the nuts and bolts of a video studio, instead of the technical side.  Matt believes, "You can be the best shooter in the world, but if you don't know how to properly manage money, price your services, or sell your product, your skills or passion don't matter."
