Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership

Through a two-year intensive training experience the Kansas Agriculture and Rural

Leadership (KARL) Program provides wisdom building opportunities for our emerging

Kansas leaders. KARL graduates can be a key voice of reason affecting positive change

in an ever-changing world.

Although our curriculum has evolved greatly over our 22 years, it is never at a level where

it can’t be improved. Changes that reinforce our experiential learning sessions are added

to every seminar, for every successive class.
