Japanese food has become a phenomenon, setting the standard for culinary and hospitality innovation worldwide. The Japanese Restaurant Association of America (JRA) is to be maintained by JRA members themselves. JRA is where people unite and face their challenge together.
The mission of JRA is to represent, educate, and promote the Japanese food/beverage related industry in the United States. JRA helps enhance the efficient and economic progress of its members.
 
Japanese Food Culture Association (JFCA) promotes and supportspermium food and ingredients to the world. Japanese food plays an important role in Japanese culture. Japanese food can make you happy and healthy. Characteristics of Japanese food bind Mother Nature with the peak essence of each season. The simplicaity and aesthetic beauty of Japanese food has nurtured the Japanese civilization for thousands of years. 
JFCA is an organization geared towards spreading the word about Japanese food culture, it's potential health benefits, and the quality and availability in the United States. To increase awareness of Japanese food and culture in the United States, we organize events, such at the Japanese Food and Sake Festival. 
We proudly represent the interests of our members and those individuals and entities who contribute to us directly or indirectly to Japanese food culture in the United States.
