James works in the field of executive leadership - and he teaches success and leadership. He has travelled to over 100 countries and has delivered over 300 lectures on success and leadership in all major cities of the world, to large crowds and gatherings.
He was born into a very humble background, to parents with modest income. He and his siblings received a strong moral and social education. From an early age, while studying in a seminary school, he discovered the principles of success, and he spent all his adult life exploring those principles.
After graduating as a pharmacist, he proceeded to do an MBA with the Royal Melbourne Institute of technology. He obtained a second Masters in International Business Negotiation with ESC Rennes in France, and then in for a doctorate at International school of Management, Paris. In between he did 'Doing Business in China' with Fudan University Shanghai in China, Executive Leadership with Baruch University New York and courses under entrepreneurship and innovation with Stanford University.
He worked as a professor at some point. He was president of an international Organization, and he has maintained relationships with some of the best minds. He got the opportunity to meet the former president of South Africa, Nelson Mandela, and discuss with him a wide range of issues.
