Who should attend?
The course is aimed at delegates who have a clear management or leadership role and are responsible for the behaviour of employees. Many companies have rolled out the programme to every tier of management from the CEO, Senior and Middle managers and then down to Team Leader level. Many experienced safety professionals have also gained benefit from attending this programme.
The course introduces delegates to key tools and techniques that can be adopted to influence the behaviour of their workforce with a view to developing a positive safety culture. The course will highlight the principles of leadership, CBT, NLP, ABC Analysis, Swiss Cheese Theory and modern behavioural psychology techniques that are well proven.
Content is designed to be highly interactive and encourages delegates to share their real life experiences of how leaders from their past have been very effective in influencing behaviour. The course has been very well received in several FTSE100 organisations. The course will highlight specific tools and techniques that are applied in sport, therapy, sales and other areas of business to influence behaviours and can also be applied to safety.
