Inglewood Cultural Arts

ICA is a grassroots organization that grew out of two years of Inglewood Cultural task force meetings. Recommendations of this group were published in the Inglewood Cultural Master Plan and adopted by City Council in 1997. ICA has used this plan as a guide to structure its programming in order to best serve the cultural needs of this community.
