IncubatorSchool/LAUSD, PlayMaker School @ New Roads, New Learning Institute of the Pearson Foundation

The Incubator School, an LAUSD pilot school, is a small, integrated 21 century learning community whose mission is to foster, network, and launch the entrepreneurial teams of tomorrow. Playmaker is a new school designed to help transform the way society views learning by developing deep understanding and meaningful relationships through creative and playful experience The New Learning Institute, a program funded and administered by the Pearson Foundation, works with students and teachers to explore alternative methods to cultivate creative and collaborative approaches to problem solving.
