Ideal Living Studio

Lacey Daunt, owner of Ideal Living Studio, was born and raised in Montauk, New York. Living just a few blocks from the ocean, stemmed her irresistible love for the salt water, sand and sun. 

After exploring fitness and nutrition at a school in upstate NY, she decided to take time off to go through an intensive online holistic schooling, while also pursuing training to become Pilates certified. The cold winters in New York ultimately forced her to a more tropical home; Hawaii. She lived in Hawaii for one year before taking her travels to Indonesia where she dove deep into her spirituality while receiving her 200 Hour RYT with Routes of Yoga. Lacey returned to Hawaii for one more year before taking her "Ideal Living" Yoga retreats global. She taught abroad in South America + Europe from April - July 2016 and has recently returned to open her own studio in her small hometown of Montauk, NY.

This studio is located in her familys' Motel, the Daunts Albatross and . Drawing on the knowledge she learned hosting Retreats abroad, she will be collaborating with her Uncle and Cousin to create Wellness Retreats in Montauk, NY.
