Ian G. Thompson Foundation

The Ian G. Thompson Foundation was founded in honor of Ian G. Thompson who passed away from pancreatic cancer December 30, 2012. He had battled the disease for almost ten months.

In the wake of his passing, his wife, Jane Morgan, and daughter, Eliana Thompson, setup the foundation to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer in the Greater New Orleans and Southern Louisiana communities. And to provide information and a platform for others affected by this disease to connect.

The purpose of the IGThompson Foundation is to first - raise awareness, and second - raise funds for research, all in the local community.
