As a yoga and meditation instructor, nothing excites Andrea more than living vibrantly while loving whole-heartedly and sharing her vitality with others in a way that inspires them to become Tipsy on Life.
Yoga is more than exercise; it’s a way of experiencing life mindfully. Mindful living means being aware of what is happening both within ourselves and in our environment so that we can live harmoniously and navigate challenges with grace. Mindful living allows us to be compassionate and loving in the face of adversity; find humor and lightheartedness amongst calamity; and emerge from the rubble stronger, happier, and sufficiently equipped for the present.
Philosophy
