Hodo Soy Beanery is an artisanal, organic soy company based in the
San Francisco Bay Area. We founded the company in 2006 to introduce a
new class of soy products to the marketplace: local, premium, fresh,
innovative and delicious.
Our mission is
to craft the highest quality and most innovative and delicious tofu
products possible with the noble soybean; then to get our products to
our customers right away so that they can be enjoyed at the peak of
freshness; all the while working to demystify tofu through direct
customer education and transparency of our ingredient sourcing,
production methods, and philosophy.
