Hamdard Center

, located throughout Metropolitan Chicago, is a not-for-profit organization providing a variety of critically needed services to South Asian, Middle Eastern, Bosnian as well as other immigrant communities.

Some of our key services include: (1) 24/7 toll free crisis line; (2) comprehensive domestic violence services including our own emergency shelter facility, (3) transitional housing for our shelter clients and their children emerging from crisis; (4) comprehensive behavioral and mental health services; (5) a variety of children’s services including family preservation programs; (6) after school youth program; (7) senior day care services; (8) case management services including assistance with obtaining public benefits, (9) health education, (10) and a primary health care clinic
