Girls Rule!

Girls Rule! (www.girlz-rule.org) establishes a safe environment for girls to “blend-out” rather than to “blend-in” as they discover and define for themselves, the type of women they would like to become. We provide young ladies with access to engaging girl-centric programs that equip them to confront and overcome subtle societal messages about their value and potential while teaching young ladies the importance of personal responsibility and goal setting, promoting the spirit of team work and providing access, exposure to and exploration of career pathways while cultivating life-long leadership skills.

Girls Rule! has been recognized by ABC 7-Chicago and the McDonald's Corporation for it's impact on the lives girls residing in urban communities.  Girls Rule! is also recipient of the 2013 and 2014 "Best of Chicago Award" in the Middle School and High School service provider categories.
