Georgia Association For Primary Health Care, Inc.

The Georgia Association for Primary Health Care, Inc. (GAPHC) is a membership organization for all Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in the state of Georgia. GAPHC is designated as the state Primary Care Association (PCA) by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

GAPHC represents all 28 HRSA funded Georgia FQHC organizations.Collectively, the Georgia FQHC organizations have 141 clinic sites in 81 counties in Georgia. Our mission is to improve access to comprehensive primary health care services for all medically underserved Georgians and to support the continued development and expansion of community-based health center practice systems (or FQHCs) throughout the state.
