I have been teaching yoga for 19 years since completing my yoga teacher training with The Sydney Yoga Centre in 1997. The nature of the yoga teacher training I had lead me to my passion of "taking yoga to people", rather than having people come to a yoga studio, and so Yoga at Your Place was born in 1999.
I believe eveyone can (and should) practice yoga and that it is best done so individually or in small groups. I also love taking yoga classes in the workplace and providing the opportunity of yoga classes in these enviroments, where people might not otherwise attend yoga classes.
The yoga classes I teach focus on the use of the breath, the alignment of the body when in each pose/posture and their benefits, with an understanding of "why we are doing what we are doing" in the practice of the poses. This combined with connecting to being in the moment of each moment and being kind to yourself in the process.
