FlipSide & Project Open Hand

FlipSide, a part of The San Francisco Museum and Historical Society, is a nonprofit organization founded to engage a younger generation of San Francisco history enthusiasts. Through awareness, the ultimate goal is to help foster the creation of the first museum dedicated to history of San Francisco. Member events benefit the Old Mint museum project and include exclusive parties at The Old Mint, Historic Bar Crawls, Lectures, etc.

Project Open Hand is a nonprofit organization that provides meals with love to seniors and the critically ill. Every day, we prepare 2,500 nutritious meals and provide 400 bags of healthy groceries to help sustain our clients as they battle serious illnesses, isolation, or the health challenges of old age.  We serve San Francisco and Alameda Counties, engaging more than 125 volunteers every day to nourish our community.
