ABOUT FYLICIA (Fee King) RENEE KINGFylicia Renee’ King was born and raised in Omaha, NE. She has been living andworking in Los Angeles as an actor and writer for nearly 14,15,16 years. We can't seem to get her to narrow down the specifics. She hasappeared as a co-star on The Shield, The Bold & the Beautiful, the critically acclaimed filmCryptz, several independent short films, twelve stage plays, promos for Lifetimeand MTV, and numerous national and regionalTV commercials.

In 2005, MOMMA WAS A BAD MUTHA... was nominated for an NAACP Theateraward. Additionally, in 2004, Fylicia’s performance in MOMMA WAS A BADMUTHA…SHUT YO’ MOUTH won her the preliminary round of the annual “15Minutes of Fem V” solo show competition at the Egyptian Theatre. She presented acondensed version of it to a fervent sold-out house at the 13th Annual Los AngelesWoman’s Theatre Festival. Lastly, her show was accepted into the North CarolineNational Black Theater Festival; in which, her 1st three shows were the first andonly SOLD out show.
