Organizational  Vision: We are a Christ-centered 501(c)3 organization with a strong financial base made of versatile donors and a state-of-the-art facility, providing an oasis for the differently-enabled individuals and their families, offering Christ-centered hope by providing help in the form of tools, respite, resources and education to achieve healthy relationships and life outlook.

• Develop Personal Care Teams: Create a written step-by-step daily care plan, weekly scheduling for flexibility, By-Laws for a strong team foundation and encouragement events to feed into the lives of those who are helping daily.
