Elephant EARs of East Bay (Sandra Lee Lawson and Mika Pritchard-Berman)

Sandra Lee Lawson and Mika Pritchard-Berman are Elephant EARs of East Bay- Elephant Education, Advocacy, and Resources of East Bay. We're just two people who want to save the earth's wild elephant population.

Why? Elephants are intelligent, compassionate, sensitive, and ecologically important animals. Many people who meet them say that it is a spiritual experience. As a keystone species elephants are critical to their habitat. Unfortunately, these majestic creatures are being killed for their tusks- for their ivory. At the current kill rate, African elephants will be extinct in the wild in ten years.
