The primary mission of the Center is to address the mental health needs of children and their caretakers through a comprehensive outpatient counseling and community education program. A key component of the Center's philosophy is that services be affordable, culturally and linguistically appropriate, and directed towards the high risk, low income, and underserved population in the community. Our goals are to alleviate the trauma of child abuse and mental illness, promote primary prevention skills, and encourage the development of healthy family relationships.
