Club Culinaire of Southern California
The Club Culinaire of Southern California was created in 1980 by a few reputable chefs and restaurateurs such as Michel Richard, Michel Blanchet and Bernard Jacoupy. Within a few months the Club grew to over two hundred members; chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, sommeliers, restaurant owners and purveyors who reunite monthly, dedicated to educating the public about the history of fine foods and wines. The Club Culinaire hosts events throughout the year including a Holiday Gala, the Bistro and Chef A Table Dinner Series. It proudly supports the Concern Foundation, Hope Program at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and the M.E.G. Foundation in India, where a kitchen has been built to feed orphaned children.
