CalArts Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement

t creates opportunities for CalArts alumni, parents, families, and friends to connect in ways that are meaningful, add value to the CalArts community, and lead to increased volunteerism and giving. Staff and volunteer leaders create and support over 100 events and programs each year in cities and communities around the globe that provide a wide array of engagement opportunities for CalArtians.

Working together to facilitate deeper connections across the CalArts community, our team offers world-class networks, learning, and engagement through continuous education programs, facultyled travel, career mentoring, professional networking, and more. Robust communication with alumni, parents, and friends raises awareness of CalArts' achievements and creates pride among all stakeholders who serve as active volunteers, ambassadors, student recruiters, and donors whose generous annual support to the CalArts Fund provides essential resources for scholarships, programs, and campus enhancements.

The Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement works in partnership with the Alumni Association, Friends of CalArts , Patty Disney Center for Life & Work, and the Schools and programs across the Institute to provide quality, comprehensive, and diverse programming including CalArts Weekend, regional chapter programming, and various leadership donor events.
