About: We are a service organization based in Brookline, Massachusetts, that adheres to the Rotary International motto "Service Above Self."   We provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. We meet every Thursday.  See details on our website.  Visitors & guests are welcome! 

What would it take to change the world? Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.

Rotary Overview: The Rotary Foundation recognizes Six Areas of Focus for Rotary Clubs which reflect the service interests and activities of Rotary clubs worldwide: Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution, Disease Prevention and Treatment, Water and Sanitation, Maternal and Child Health, Basic Education and Literacy, and Economic and Community Development.Brookline, Massachusetts has a very active Rotary Club, and we are considered leaders within our community.  We work in cooperation with the Town and local organizations, most recently with the Brookline Food Pantry to support their weekend food program for low-income children, supplies for the Literacy Program of Brookline Housing, a 3D printer for the MakerSpace at the Teen Center, Brookline Mental Health, and more.
