Mrs. Barrozo is the founder and CEO of Pleasant’s Consulting, LLC. As a learning and development professional, she brings over 30-years of expertise in:

• Executive coaching

• Developing emerging leaders

• Developing and facilitating training courses

Mrs. Barrozo has successfully led teams and individuals in the non-profit, public, and private sectors. She has worked in the IT, energy, education, law enforcement, health care, and human services industries.

Mrs. Barrozo is a certified coach and Project Management Professional (PMP), with a MS in Organizational Leadership. She is also a certified DiSC® Personality Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), Prosci® Change Management, and Crucial Conversations® practitioner.

As a licensed minister of the Gospel, Mrs. Barrozo has had the honor of serving the Lord in various capacities, including Cell Group Facilitator, Elder, Bible College Instructor, and Administrative Director.

As a coach, mentor, role model, and strong leader (CMRMSL) in the body of Christ and the business world, Mrs. Barrozo’s mission is to “Advance excellence in the lives of leaders, so those who follow can fulfill their purpose”.
