ANGELS AT HAND FOUNDATION

I am Marshia S. Sams the wife of retired, Lieutenant Colonel Theodore Alexander Sams III. We began  organizing small businesses, community leaders, and faith-base instituitions to support community fundraiser efforts.

On July 12, 2013 he had a stroke! Our lives took a drastic change. But, now there is clarity. Our foundation is a community charitable organization assist bereave children and their families to bury loved ones.

We are a team partnered with a group of advocates collaborating ideas, goals, and missions to deliver testimony about the "before & after" nuerological trauma.

We support our military veterans with consultation about consumer affairs, benefits, and network resources availability.
