Alameda Point Collaborative is a supportive housing community that uses all of its resources to help families and adults break the cycle of homelessness.
We help end homelessness by providing housing and services to create a community where formerly homeless families can flourish. We have turned 34 acres and 200 units of former Navy housing into a thriving community.
Alameda Point Collaborative has helped families overcome homelessness since 1999. Over 95 percent of our families in permanent housing are successful in keeping permanent housing, increasing their economic well-being and finding success. We help the children and youth who live in our community to access education and opportunity and focus on breaking the inter-generational cycle of poverty and homelessness. Over half of our staff are formerly homeless.
