Product Manager (San Francisco, CA)

The company's founders have been previously backed by top tier venture funds such as Sequoia Capital and have been investors and advisors to many start ups including PayPal.We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager.
Reporting to the CEO directly, the Product Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our product.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage Eventbrite's overall product development from conception of features to release.
- Define, implement, and iteratively develop new features.
- Conduct research, market analysis and use your own sharpened intuition to build a world-class product.
- Develop the appropriate documentation to support rapid development (specification, schedules, mock-ups, etc).
- Creative problem solver.
- Strong results-orientation, initiative, sense of urgency and reliability.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be analytical, strategic, and metrics-oriented.
- Ability to work with engineers.
- Previous start-up experience is a strong plus.
- BA/BS degree (CS, EE, Math, Stats preferred).

- Experience in a similar administrative role within a start up or fast growing company.
- Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Quickbooks, and online programs.
- General accounting knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of web resources/tools such as PayPal.

- Work as an executive assistant to the CEO and act as an assistant to company executives.
- Manage the office (schedule meetings for the team, plan office get-togethers, order equipment, furniture, and supplies, and manage the office services) and ensure smooth operation at all times.
- Perform accounts receivable tasks such as processing incoming checks.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, courier and express deliveries, and handle reception duties, including receiving telephone calls, routing voice mail/email as appropriate.
- Act as company liaison with HR outsourcing service and manage incoming/outgoing communication related to HR matters.
- Help innovate to make everyone's life in the office pleasant, productive, and fun.
- As time / interest permits, become involved in projects related to sales, marketing, customer service, and QA.
