Michael Birch, Co-Founder of Bebo
Michael also co-founded BirthdayAlarm.com and Ringo.com. In March 2008 Bebo was sold to AOL for $850 Million. Michael holds a BS in Physics from Imperial College London.
Roelof Botha, Sequoia Capital
Roelof is a venture capitalist at Sequoia Capital focusing on services and software investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2003, Roelof served as the Chief Financial Officer of PayPal (EBAY). Earlier, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Roelof is a certified actuary (Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries), and has a BS in Actuarial Science, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Saran Chari, Co-founder and CTO of Flixster
Before Flixster, Saran was one of the early employees at the startup Edusoft, where he ran the engineering team. Edusoft provided assessment management software based on unique, low-cost scanning technology to public school districts. Edusoft was bought by Houghton-Mifflin in 2003. Before Edusoft, Saran worked for Scient, the former internet consulting firm.
Jeff Clavier, Founder and Managing Partner of SoftTech VC

Ron Conway has been an active angel investor for over 15 years. He was the Founder and Managing Partner of the Angel Investors LP funds (1998-2005) whose investments included: Google, Ask Jeeves, Paypal, Good Technology, Opsware, and Brightmail. Ron was previously with National Semiconductor Corporation in marketing positions from 1973-1979, and Altos Computer Systems as a co-founder, President and CEO from 1979-1990. He eventually took Altos public in 1982 and served as CEO of Personal Training Systems (PTS) from 1991-1995. PTS went on to be acquired by SmartForce/SkillSoft. Ron was recently named #6 in Forbes Magazine Midas list of top "deal-makers" in 2008 and is actively involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors.

Ryan Gilbert, Co-Founder of Property Bridge
Ryan Gilbert is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Venrock, a leading global venture capital firm, where he is focused on financial services and payments opportunities. Ryan was previously Vice President at MoneyGram International, a global payment services company, where he managed the PropertyBridge business unit. Ryan was CEO and co-founder of PropertyBridge and sold the company to MoneyGram in October 2007. Ryan is a member of the State Bar of California, and is also admitted to practice law in the United Kingdom and South Africa. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
Joe Greenstein, Co-Founder and CEO of Flixster
Joe Greenstein is co-founder and CEO of Flixster – the largest community for movie fans on the web with over 20M monthly users. Prior to Flixster, Joe was Director of Product Management at Edusoft, a Curriculum management System for public schools used by over 4M students nationwide. Edusoft was acquired by Houghton-Mifflin in 2003. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSE Economics from the Wharton School where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
Kevin Hartz, Co-Founder and CEO of Eventbrite
Kevin co-founded Eventbrite, a popular event registration service. Kevin was co-founder and CEO of Xoom Corporation, an international money transfer company providing service in over 30 countries. Xoom's investors include Peter Thiel, Sequoia Capital, and Stanford University. Kevin previously co-founded ConnectGroup, a start-up providing high-speed Internet access to the hotel industry. ConnectGroup was acquired by Lodgenet in 1998. Kevin holds a BA and BS from Stanford University and an MA from Oxford University. He has been an early-stage investor and advisor to startups such as PayPal, Geni.com, Friendster, Flixster.com, and Trulia. Kevin is also a Sequoia Technology Partner at Sequoia Capital. Peter Jackson, CEO & President of GroundWork Open Source
Peter joined GroundWork Open Source in January of 2009 because he understood the company's value based on the market potential and already proven disruptive model. He's been the chairman, CEO and president of Intraware Inc., the premier provider of on-demand delivery solution since 1996. Previous to Intraware, Peter was the president and CEO of Dataflex, Inc - a full service systems integrator who had revenues over $400MM and lead the sale to Vanstar. Prior, Peter was the CEO, President and Director of Granite Systems, Inc. which became one of the largest service and product suppliers for HP, Apple, IBM, Compaq and Microsoft. Peter graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and has won the 1998 Red Herring Entrepreneur of the Year award and has twice been a finalist to the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Jawed Karim, Co-Founder of YouTube
Jawed co-founded YouTube to enable individuals worldwide to broadcast themselves. YouTube is the 3rd most-popular website in the world and one of the fastest-growing websites in the history of the Internet. Prior to YouTube, Jawed was one of the earliest engineers at PayPal, now the world's largest online payment service, where he implemented its first real-time anti-fraud systems. Jawed has a BS in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a PhD student in computer science at Stanford University. Jawed is also a Sequoia Technology Partner at Sequoia Capital.
Keith Rabois, VP of Strategy & Business Development for Slide
Keith is responsible for Slide's corporate strategy and partnerships. Prior to Slide, Keith served as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at LinkedIn. Earlier in his career, Keith served as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Policy for PayPal. He currently serves on the board of directors of Yelp, Xoom, Vendio, and FanIQ. He was an early investor in YouTube and LinkedIn, and is a limited partner at Sequoia Capital. Keith also practiced at prestigious law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
