Lake Merritt - beach area
The beach area on the north side of the lake. From Grand Ave heading east (away from down town Oakland, towards Grand Lake Theater), take a right onto Bellevue Ave.
By foot head off of Bellevue to the right when you see the Lakeside Garden Center on your left. Go toward the large gazebo, then towards the beach area by the lake.
