Nonprofit Governance - A Framework for Success: This fast paced training provides nonprofit leaders with a practical management system which enables the translation of broad nonprofit goals into the achievement of optimum results. The program moves through the entire business cycle, from the creation of early objectives, to the management of risk and the exercise of disciplined oversight. Tools and templates will be provided which will facilitate the establishment and maintenance of operational focus throughout the business cycle. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the use of these aids during in-class exercises.  

Please plan to arrive between 8:00 and 8:45 p.m., a light breakfast will be served. GDCC's offices are metro accesible and parking is available at many nearby garages. Registration through this website is necessary to reserve your spot due to limited space.
