Featuring Marc Marcel

Internationally known Marc Marcel has been touring throughout the world, showcasing his seasoned craft, at colleges, showcases, and venues, since 2000. A dynamic Spoken Word Artist, Novelist, Producer and Speaker, Marcel was raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and got his start in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally beginning by writing novels, he started writing poetry several months afterwards, merely just to give a conclusion to one of his books. Since, he has compiled several novels, and thousands of poems, along with releasing 7th Spoken Word CD, 5 of which he has produced. Marc Marcel has had poems published in many anthologies, guest featured on several other artists projects around the world, had articles and interviews in a number of magazines, appeared on television and numerous radio stations across the nation, where they have played tracks from his CD. He has participated in 2 PSI National Slam competitions, with team Pensacola, and team St. Louis, in 2004, and 2005. He has also had his poetry studied in colleges, and is a top seller on Poetcd.com. Along with his performances, he has made appearances at several Correctional Facilities and High Schools across the country, and held workshops at numerous of Universities. Performing in over 35 states and 70 cities, as well as abroad, traveling to Bristol, London, Munich, and Prague, Marcel is on the road touring the world 8 months out the year. Marcel sees life as nothing less than finding a passion, and being dedicated to it, sleepless nights is second nature, his commitment to his craft is endless, living as if his next second is the most important moment he has, and his work is a reflection of his devotion.
