Important Information
1. The Coaches Certification Clinic will take place at the University of Hawaii on Sunday, March 1st. Please check-in at the Lower Campus Lecture Hall.
2. Deadline: Registrations can be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed (email preferred) and must be in the SOHI office by Monday, February 25th. Mail to Special Olympics Hawaii, P.O. Box 3295, Honolulu, HI 96801. Registrations can be faxed to 943-8814. Registrations can be e-mailed to projects@specialolympicshawaii.org.
3. Please wear appropriate attire – Note: all clinics will start in a classroom and then move to sports venues.
Powerlifting: Shorts/ Sweats and running shoes
Swimming: Swimwear, towel, dry clothes and jacket for classroom portion after lunch
Track & Field: Running shoes and clothes
8:30 am Check-in
9:00 am Classroom Introduction of Sport Clinic
9:30 am Practical Portion of Sport Clinic
12:00 pm Lunch Break
1:00 pm Continue Coaches Training
3:00 pm Pau (Powerlifting likely to end by 2:00 pm)
