Come Tour Tigerpoly Manufacturing
Tigerpoly Manufacturing was incorporated in Grove City, Ohio on April 17, 1987, and began mass production on November 10, 1987.
Tigerpoly is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tigers Polymer Corporation, located in Osaka, Japan. Tigers Polymer was founded as Tigers Rubber Works in Osaka on June 1, 1938 by Shigeji Sawada. The company got its start manufacturing rubber hoses and industrial rubber products.
Today, Tigerpoly manufactures automotive products supplied to customers such as Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and various tier 2 suppliers. Tigerpoly's core product line is in air induction systems. This includes air flow tubes, resonator chambers, engine covers, and ECU covers.
Tigerpoly is located on 32 acres in Grove City. The 192,000 square foot building currently houses injection, blow molding, and rubber injection machinery. Tigerpoly runs three shifts five days a week and currently employs 260 associates full time.
