Stationary Hors De Oeuvres by Eco Caters, a local catering, event design company dedicated to protecting the earth, the source of our cuisine, as well as the people on it. The event's menu includes: a California Cheese Display with Market Fresh Fruit and Homemade Mustards, Charcuterie including Smoked Jamon, Salami, and Seafood Sausage, a Farmers Market vegetable Crudite' with Bagna Cuda, Buttermilk Ranch, and Spinach Dip, and a spectacular Mezze Platter with Roasted Garlic Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Roasted Peppers, Olives, and Hearts of Palm. "We do so through the use of biodegradable products, using only organic foods and buying produce from farms where fair trade practices are used.
