It's back, by popular demand! Once again, San Diego photographers take to the streets with a challenge to create an image using a provided prop (which will remain a closely-guarded secret until the beginning of the shootout), returning to put your creative talents up against those of your fellow shooters. The only rules are that you must use the provided prop in your image in some manner, you must be back with your entry in one hour from the start of the contest, and your entry must be a JPG as shot (with no Photoshop manipulation). A winner will be selected by the consensus of all participants. Are you up to the challenge?
The challenge starts with registration and check-in at 11:30am, with shooters hitting the streets promptly at noon. Full details and rules will be announced at the beginning of the shootout. The location will be at Heaven Sent on the Corner of 30th and University. Light food and beverages will be provided, of course, to keep everyone's strength up. Registration for members is only $5, non-members are only $10. Students (with Student ID) are only $5. Walk-in registration the day of the event will be an extra $5. Register today!
