About the Significant Church Network
Founded by Pastor Jim Graff of Faith Family Church in Victoria, Texas, the Significant Church Network has a two-fold focus; to bring support, mentoring and training to pastors and church leaders who feel forgotten as they labor in overlooked places. Second, to help build effective churches in America's smaller cities and towns by equipping pastors to effectively reach their communities.

Jim Graff is a dynamic leader and a gifted communicator who pastors Faith Family Church in Victoria, Texas. Faith Family is a vibrant congregation of 4,000 members in a county of 84,000 people and was named one of "America's Outstanding Protestant Churches" in a national study conducted by the University of North Carolina.
Jim's passion for small communities in America has led him to launch the Significant Church Network, designed to foster significant church communities around the country.

David Swann is senior pastor of Faith Christian Family Church, a dynamic and growing church in Clovis, New Mexico. Pastor Swann has his Master's Degree in Leadership and Old Testament Studies. He serves as a National Director with the Significant Church Network, traveling into small county churches with a message of hope and encouragement to pastors and their wives.
