I have spent many a "pre-show", happy hour and just mingling at this restaurant. Solera is probably first known for their gourmet tapas. About a week ago, I had the pleasure of sitting in the dining room and enjoying one of their spectacularly paired tasting menus. Between the company, the fare, the fantastic wine list and about 3 hours- a wonderful culinary memory was born.
That is the beauty of this restaurant. Whether you are enjoying a full dinner or sharing a few tapas with friends in the bar or on the patio- it is always a bustling scene of stylish individuals, tasty combinations, all wrapped up in an absolutely beautiful atmosphere.
Chef Tyge Nelson is brilliant in his combinations and knowledge of ingredients.We are thrilled to be hosting an event at a restaurant with talent from kitchen to service.
