Joan Hebert is principal of Hebert Performance Training (www.heberttraining.com) which specializes in customer service, management and supervisory development, presentation & training skills, Achieve Global, team building, leadership, and communication training. Joan trains and consults for corporate clients, and frequently offers public seminars and speaks nationally. Prior to establishing HPT Joan spent 16 years with AT&T as an award winning #1 nationally ranked master trainer (training throughout the U.S. for AT&T and Lucent Technologies), internal management consultant, & assistant marketing director. With over 20 years of experience, Hebert offers clients great insight, practical solutions, and exceptional value.  Hebert is also an Adjunct Instructor for eight educational institutions, as well as an Adjunct Professor in Speech Communication at Syracuse University. Hebert trains for the American Management Association and is a “certified” Achieve Global instructor. Hebert Performance Training is a New York State certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, and listed on the New York State Eligible Training Provider List (NYS-ETPL).  Hebert holds an MBA and an MS in Organizational Communication. She is a 1998 recipient of a “40 Under 40” Award for business success and civic contributions.
