Description:

This seminar is an overview of Internet2/MAGPI and distributed learning over advanced networks. Find out what educators are currently doing with their connectivity and what resources are available to MAGPI members. Participants will understand the structure and function of MAGPI within the tri-state region and Internet2 community. After gaining knowledge of the various types of Internet2 applications, participants in this session will analyze their own curricula and how high-performance networking applications could enhance the teaching and learning environment in their own classroom. Participants are encouraged to come with lots of questions - - the more interactive the discussion, the more informative it will be!
