Online Event: Reality Tour Q & A with Developer
OVERVIEW
This training will present the Reality Tour Drug Prevention program's goals and outcomes with an emphasis on the ready-made roles for coalition members. It will also illustrate how the organizing phase of the Reality Tour can add members or even create a coalition.
If you, or your coalition are interested in a permanent framework for prevention that permeates the community and provides continual access to a comprehensive parent/child prevention experience to launch parent and child discussion, the training will be of interest.
The evidence-based Reality Tour Program Model will be described along with its main features. Using this framework to establish a permanent community network will be discussed along with the unique design of the program that allows it to always be up-to-date on your community's drug trends.
The program's affordability and self-sustaining measures will be highlighted.
A free workbook demonstratring Reality Tour's use of the 12 sectors and how evironmental strategies are impacted is provided via e-mail. (based on DFC grant requirements)
