Group Cycling Skills Course
This course is geared for both new and experienced riders who would like to ride in groups or in cycling events. The course was developed by the League of American Bicyclists in cooperation with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for their events.
The national MS society has teamed with the League of American Bicyclists in a move to improve safety and and the group cycling experience for riders on the MS 150 rides. These events are large so there will be a strong need for instructors for the education programs.
You will need to bring your bicycle, helmet, comfortable, weather appropriate riding clothes and shoes, 2 tubes and tools for changing flats, and snacks/drinks.
