Vicky McCaffree loves shopping at seattles many local farmers markets for her own home kitchen. In this class, join her in creating italian inspired farm to table cooking using local late summer/fall farmers market produce. You will design and cook up a mediterranean meal utilizing the flavors of the season and what produce is fresh from the field.
