Organizational Change: A New Era for New Era   This program will focus on organizational change from a case study perspective - highlighting consultant Peter Cumbo's and New Era Cap's experiences in pursuing a program of directed, company-wide cultural change. As part of the program, Peter Cumbo will discuss elements of the strategies employed to initiate and sustain cultural improvements, promoting change and dealing with resistance to it, and the use of training and facilitation to bolster change efforts. In addition, Peter will discuss the role of innovation, leadership, and communication techniques that have been influential in New Era's success.
