Dr. Lois Moore, African-American history author and member of the Marin Independent Journal Editorial Board, will be the Mistress of Ceremony. Current grassroots initiatives to promote equality will also be presented. The venue will close with the presentation of Community Leadership Awards and will be followed by an afternoon commemoration.
