Confused about the differences between JPG, TIFF and other image formats? Unsure of which format is best for grant or public art applications? In this hands-on, Macintosh-based workshop, participants will learn how to format digital images to meet general standards for projection. RACC's specific requirements for submitting digital media will also be discussed. You will be shown how to touch-up and enhance your digital images using photo-editing software, as well as how to properly format, label and organize your image files and burn them to a CD. This workshop is intended mainly for beginners, but it is expected that participants will have basic familiarity with using a computer, preferably with the Mac operating system in particular.
