Attorney and arts advocate Kohel M. Haver discusses a variety of legal issues facing today’s creative artist/entrepreneur. In this session specially tailored for visual artists, participants will review several types of common artist contracts and business documents – including licenses, consignment agreements, branding and trademarks, copyright protection, infringement litigation and fair use. This workshop will also focus on legal relationships with galleries and portfolio photographers.
