Session Abstract:
Using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to develop cubes gives users an easier way to explore and analyze data to make better decisions faster. In this session, we’ll start by discussing the architectural requirements for supporting SSAS and how to model data for SSAS. Then we’ll learn how to develop the key components of an SSAS database, and how to make a cube available to end users. By the end of this session, you should understand why SSAS should be part of your data infrastructure, how to get started, and where to learn more.
