Event Details

InControl Weight loss Graduate Program:
Biweekly program for individuals who have completed the InControl Weight loss program. Format is round table discussion & hypnosis targeted to specific individual weight loss issues and continued motivation.

Next starting Date: January 9^th
7:15pm-8:30pm
Meets every other Wednesday at the Tree of Life, Seekonk, MA.
Cost: $150.00 ** SAVE $25 when you sign up by December 30^th

InControl Contract
Must be completed and returned before start date.

The InControl Weightloss Contract must be signed,
and payment received to be enrolled.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: FULL payment is required upon signing of agreement and is non-refundable unless agreement is cancelled within 3 business days after signed contract is received by Tree of Life, by giving written notice in person or by certified mail.
